The self-defense course includes both a method and a product for women of all ages to defend themselves in case of an assault by a stranger. This class is taught by an Israeli and former member of the IDF (Israel Defense Force). The initial class is free and additional classes will be available.
Target audience: Women of all ages.
The course: Self defense for women. The course will continue through a period of 4 meetings; 1 hour each meeting.
Each meeting will deal with a different topic. Anyone can join at any stage.
Course content: The course will supply a method and a tool of self defense against violent assault in general, and sexual assault in particular. Every participant will receive a Spikey tool and an explanation booklet after payment.
Course length: 8 meetings, one meeting a week (Option for leaving after 4). also available, one time training with the tool or purchasing the tool and no training at all. The day and time of the class will be determined based on those attending the first class.
Number of participants needed for the course: 10-20. We need a minimum of 10 people to have the class.
